Nel nostro studio si sono liberate due postazioni in uno spazio con bellissima luce naturale durante tutto il giorno. L' immobile è un open space di 190 mq organizzato su due piani e condiviso con altri professionisti. Si trova a due passi dal centro città e affaccia su un parco.
La prima postazione è di 25/30 mq e costa 300 euro
La seconda postazione è di 14 mq e costa 210 euro
L' immobile è dotato di ampie vetrate e portefinestre che affacciano sul parco di Santa Rita e c'è una grande terrazza esterna. L'immobile è dotato di tutti i confort: riscaldamento, aria condizionata nuova, wifi fibra, zona relax comune con ampio tavolo e divano (anche per eventuali riunioni). Pavimento e illuminazione completamente nuovi. Possibilità di realizzare shooting fotografici.
Attualmente le persone che lo condividono sono prevalentemente dei creativi. Ideale per professionisti come fotografi, architetti, designers, grafici, start up, e in generale per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e stimolante dove lavorare.
La posizione è strategica: l'immobile è collocato a due passi dal centro (10/15 minuti a piedi), vicino ai due ospedali di Padova, svincolo per le tangenziali a 10 minuti, pista ciclabile. Possibilità di parcheggio sotto l'ufficio e in tutta la zona limitrofa (parcheggi bianchi). Fuori dallo studio c'è un ristorante, tre bar, e vari supermercati.
Al costo dell'affitto mensile vanno aggiunte 50 euro di spese e utenze (condominio, luce, acqua, gas, fibra).

Two workspaces have become available in our studio, in a space bathed in beautiful natural light all day long. The property is a 190 m² open-plan space spread over two floors and shared with other professionals. It is just a stone’s throw from the city centre and overlooks a park.
The first workspace measures 25–30 square metres and costs 300 euros.
The second workspace measures 14 square metres and costs 210 euros.
The property features large windows and French windows overlooking Santa Rita Park, and there is a large outdoor terrace. The property is equipped with all modern conveniences: heating, new air conditioning, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, and a communal relaxation area with a large table and sofa (also suitable for meetings). The flooring and lighting are completely new. It is possible to hold photo shoots here.
Currently, the people sharing the space are predominantly creative professionals. Ideal for professionals such as photographers, architects, designers, graphic designers, start-ups, and generally for anyone looking for a quiet and inspiring place to work.
The location is strategic: the property is situated a stone’s throw from the city centre (10–15 minutes’ walk), close to Padua’s two hospitals, with the ring road junction 10 minutes away and a cycle path nearby. Parking is available beneath the office and throughout the surrounding area (white-marked parking spaces). Just outside the studio, there is a restaurant, three bars and several supermarkets.
A further €50 for service charges and utilities (building maintenance, electricity, water, gas, fibre broadband) is added to the monthly rent.
