On behalf
of a leading international company based in Padua, we are looking for an
Accounting
Clerk to join the Finance & Accounting Department.
Reporting
to the Accounting Manager and working as part of a collaborative team, the
successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting operations and
contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial processes.
Responsabilità
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices;Maintain general ledger accounting records;Perform bank and account reconciliations;Support month-end and year-end closing activities;Handle routine administrative and accounting tasks;Maintain accurate financial documentation and records;Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors to ensure smooth financial operations.
Skill e Professionalità
Requirements:
High school diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is considered an advantage;Previous experience in an accounting or administrative roleGood understanding of general accounting principles;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;Good command of English language is required;Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
